Registration (to be confirmed)
This registration is a 3-part process and is first come, first serve, based on the registration form's time stamp.
- The first 7 schools that fill out their forms to register after 8 am will be notified of their confirmed invitation to the festival. All others that register will be placed on a waitlist and be given their number.
- Schools that are accepted must send in your $50 deposit by no later than November 15 (to be confirmed). This also serves as the festival fee for your first 5 students Please note that placement is not guaranteed until we receive your deposit!
- Once we receive the deposit we will send out your first invoice for the rest of students attending, as well as a confirmation of your placement in the festival.
Sercerity Deposit
The security deposit will be $50 for every school and will cover the fee of 5 students. If you are bringing less than 5 students, please send in a check for $10/student as your security deposit.
Only the receipt of your school's $50 security deposit will confirm your registration.
We ask that deposit checks arrive at JMU no later than November 15, 2020 (to be confirmed). If there are problems with your school bookkeeping that would delay a deposit check, please contact us as soon as possible.

In order to secure your spot in the festival, please send in a security deposit check of $100 which will cover your first 5 students. After we have received your registration form, security deposit invoice and check, you will receive an email confirming your spot in HSCI.
Please note: Your registration in HSCI is not confirmation until receipt of your deposit check and invoice! This is a first come, first serve basis. Please remit your checks to:
