Registration
Due to the size constraints of the Forbes Center Concert Hall we have a limited seating potential, as such, we will be accepting from 7- 10 schools, depending on numbers.
Schools will be formally invited to participate in our 2023 Choralfest via email by MAY 1ST. If you have not received an email by this time, but are interested in participating, please contact us by May 2nd at [email protected]
Registration Window opens: FRIDAY, May 12 2023 at 7am
Please click here to register!
Please note that participant numbers for this event are limited and have often filled up within 15 minutes of opening the link! Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will maintain an active waiting list.
**If you open the link prior to 7am and it says that the form is "no longer accepting responses,"don't worry! The form will open promptly at 7am!**
The voicing requirements of participating high schools are as follows; balanced school representation, SATB, with a maximum of 8 to a part, with a maximum total of 32 participants per school. In this way we can ensure an evenly balanced Festival Chorus.
We know that High School enrollment can vary dramatically from year to year! If your participating ensemble varies dramatically from this voicing requirement, please contact us as soon as possible. We always try to 'flex' participant numbers to allow as many schools as possible while maintaining a balanced choir.
Let us know what your needs are so we can help as many people as possible participate.
